Did You Receive a Defective Product?
If you have received a damaged or defective product you must Use the Return Request Form within 7 Days to begin the return process.
You must submit reasonable proof of defective or damaged item. After we receive the submission we will review within 72 hours and approve or deny the return request.
Please note:
Items that:
- Are dirty
- Have been worn
- Have been washed
Are not eligible for return and request will be automatically denied.
If return request has been approved you will be notified via email of the next steps to return the item and to receive your replacement.
Order Modifications/Cancellations
All sales are final as each piece is made to order. To prevent receiving an item you do not desire, please refer to our sizing guide before making a purchase. Please check to make sure selections are correct before submitting your order. Once your order is submitted it can not be modified or canceled. If you have made a mistake with shipping address please Complete our Address Change Form immediately so that we can correct the address.
